Unable to Add Enterprise Role during User Creation through "Create User request (User Management)"

Hello,

We are trying to create users using create user form. In creation flow, we are assigning a Enterprise Role to the ID.

1. The user request is auto approved and
2. Enterprise Role request is tagged with Approval Workflow

However, when we feed in user data and select role, the user is created but the request for role is not getting created. PFA for additional information.

Any leads what I might be missing in here

Yes, Enterprise Role is Active.

@tej2099 - if you have selected a start date while requesting the role, you may want to execute the "Create Tasks for Future Ent Role Requests (EnterpriseRoleManagementJob)" job for the tasks to get created. 

Also, could you please check with auto-approval workflow for the roles workflow and validate the behaviour?

We are running EnterpriseRoleManagementJob and this is working fine while requesting for existing users.

Auto-approval workflow for the roles doesn't meet our requirement.  thanks.

Roles Add Workflow - has set CreateUser workflow. Could you please put a screenshot of the workflow?

I checked this with a similar workflow which goes for User group approval and this seems to work fine. Could you look at the logs when you approve the user creation? May be that will provide some lead around what is going on. Another thing to try is add yourself/requestor to the user group and see what is the behaviour then.

Thanks for the validation, appreciated!

Our requirement is "User Creation should be done with out any approval (Auto Approved)" and Enterprise Role which is requested as a part of User Creation should go for Approvals as defined in the Workflow (Roles Add Workflow).

When 'Requestor' is a member of Group, "ONLY User creation is happening, Tasks are not getting created"

@tej2099 - Instead of using "User Modification Auto Approve", could you please attach an Auto-Approve workflow in "User Modification Workflow" and validate the behavior?

@amit_krishnajit, we did it at the beginning itself. It is not meeting our requirement.

@tej2099 - Can you please explain how it's not meeting the requirement? What is the difference between you having Auto Approve workflow vs User modification Auto Approve?
