UI Customization of Request Emergency Access page in v5.5

Hi,

We have a requirement to put a banner message when the user clicks on "ARS -> Request Emergency Access tile" for the emergency access role request. As per my initial analysis, this is not possible either in the first step (user selection) or in the second step (role selection). The primary idea behind this banner message is to let the user know that if the emergency access role is not visible to be requested, then the user should first enable their endpoint account.

Is this feasible? We are on v5.5 SP 3.13.x. Any inputs here is much appreciated.  Thanks!

Saviynt EIC does not provide the feature to Add the Banner either at User List Page or at the Role selection page.

Please raise an idea.
