Hi team,

two deferent rules with deferent condition is triggering for same user

Below are two Rule , in second VIP rule we have added condition JOB Code =Yes, means user is VIP

But below both Rule is trigging for VIP users, please suggest

@yogendragautam : In first rule then add additional condition JOB Code not equal to YES so that it skips for VIP users.(assuming job code will not be YES if user is VIP) and only 2nd rule will trigger

In first rule add JOB code != 'YES'
