To Import Users Incrementally Through RAAS Connection

Hi Team,

We have configured user import from workday through the workday Rass connection. We are able import users with full import but not through the incremental job. Workday team suggested to use report endpoint url:  https://wd3-impl-services1.workday.com/ccx/service/customreport2/XXXXX/ISU_INTxxxx_AddsTerms_provisi...

to add date with created _moment but now we are running without created_moment. We just want to understand for can pass the last job run timestamp while calling the new job in the connection.

Thanks
Ganesh

We have implemented incremental import in such a way to pull last 24 hr changes instead of sending the last run time of full user's import job. Basically a static value in the filter.

No you cannot, I agree with the suggestion provided by @Sivagami . Ask WD team to provide you new URL like below

?In_Last_Hours=100&format=json

Above will give you all transaction from past 100 hours, you can change the value in the URL based on your business need and configure it in Saviynt.

They can also provide based on minutes.

In_Last_Minutes=120&format=json

Thanks,

Hi Team,
We are using email writeback to workday using soap connection. We have tested and it is working for change email by triggering user update task. How can we trigger it when user is created? Any way we can add to technical rule? Or suggest any way.

Thanks,
Ganesh

Hi @ganeshk ,

I'm a bit confused here. Can you please elaborate on the use case you're trying to achieve?
