Hi Team,
We are using email writeback to workday using soap connection. We have tested and it is working for change email by triggering user update task. How can we trigger it when user is created? Any way we can add to technical rule? Or suggest any way.

Hi @ganeshk ,

Create update rule with “Trigger Actions when” as Trigger on User created through UI/IMPORT/API depend on the way you are creating user. Select action as  Notify As An Email with appropriate email template.

If you are using any connector to create/ import user user trigger action when Trigger on User created through IMPORT.
