The approved date is not showing correctly for the CPAM request for EBS shared account while seeing comments.

The approved date is not showing correctly for the CPAM request "2950302" for EBS shared account. Please find below screen shot for reference. I think there is a problem with Time zone calculation. It is showing approved date past than request created date.

Does request is proper in access_approvers table in UTC timezone ?

We could the UTC time zone in the access_aprovers table properly.

Request submission date : Aug 16 2023 11:14:56
Request approved date : Aug 15 2023

Could you please let us know what is causing the issue.
