Hi Rushikesh Vartak,
The application is called CRM, and the SoD is used to auto reject the request if someone not entitled to the entitlement. The problem is when got entitlement with > sign in the entitlement name, the SoD cannot detect thus the request will not be rejected.

Entitlement name should not contain any character such as > <

The entitlement value is currently, LOA >5000 in the entitlement detail. Is it the same with having the character <> in it?
