Hi,

We would like to seek your help regarding SoD where we have created the SoD risk that got function that contains of > sign in the name of the entitlements. The SoD violations cannot detect it during the ARS form. But, there are some function that do not have > sign, the SoD are working good. But, not with the risk that got > sign in the entitlement.

Do let me know if you need more information about this.

Hi Rushikesh Vartak,

The application is called CRM, and the SoD is used to auto reject the request if someone not entitled to the entitlement. The problem is when got entitlement with > sign in the entitlement name, the SoD cannot detect thus the request will not be rejected.

the SoD ruleset

Hi Rushikesh Vartak,

The entitlement value is currently, LOA >5000 in the entitlement detail. Is it the same with having the character <> in it?

Thanks and regards
