Hi Team,

We have a requirement where we have 2 Entitlements RO & RW. If a user has RO access and tries for RW access request submission, then their previous access (RO) should be removed automatically and Saviynt should allow user to submit new access (RW). Any idea/references how implement this scenario ? Please provide High level steps for the implementation.

Thanks,

Rafi

  • Saviynt will not remove any entitlement automatically.
  • User needs to remove manually.
  • You can add risk description properly when risk is occurred please remove xyz entitlement to raise new request,

In case of SOD, approver will only see this approving new entitlement (RW) will create an SOD violation since user already has RO entitlement. SOD process wont remove any existing entitlement which the user holds.
