Enterprise role assignment based upon the entitlement assigned

Use Case: If there is a user having ent1, ent2 and ent3 assigned to an account. There is a new EROLE created name EROLE101 which has same ent1, ent2 and ent3 mapped to it. Is there a way in Saviynt we can automatically assign the EROLE-User mapping for EROLE101 based upon the information that this user has access to ent1, ent2 and ent3?

Note: We are trying to avoid the bulk upload path here.

Hi @mayankshah run RetroFitJob. It will map the user to the role.

Hi @mayankshah you can schedule a retrofitjob which will take care of the mapping automatically.

You have an OOTB job to do that in Saviynt. If facing any issue let us know

  • There is no automated job to assign the role based on entitlements account having. This mapping needs to be assigned manually
  • Retrofit job is used when user is assigned to role and mapping between role and entitlement is missing then it will populate mapping in account_entitlements1 table (FYI @Amit_Malik  @NM  @indra_hema_95 )
