SMTP Send Email connection is failing

Hello Team,

When testing Send Email connection getting below error. Connection type is OAuth.

Please note that this is working in v5.5SP3 with same credentials but when testing in v24.2 getting error.

@harishyara check each parameter if there are any leading spaces .

Did you refer the below forum thread ,they were also experienced similar issue for different connection.

Add information again as encryption mechanism might have chnaged

Hi @rushikeshvartak - yes I tried giving same input as in our current old version, but not luck getting below error.

Okay. Please find it below.

Error While Test connection: IDX14100: JWT is not well formed, there are no dots (.). The token needs to be in JWS or JWE Compact Serialization Format. (JWS): 'EncodedHeader.EncodedPayload.EncodedSignature'. (JWE): 'EncodedProtectedHeader.EncodedEncryptedKey.EncodedInitializationVector.EncodedCiphertext.EncodedAuthenticationTag'.

Since it was working before and after upgrade its failing please support ticket
