Hi Everyone,
We are integrating Service Now as ticketing tool. We get the wrapper API to create the request in Service Now. something like below. Now my question is
1.Is there any configuration required from Service Now to be done ? Do they need to onboard Saviynt now as application in Service Now ? If yes is there any documentation that can be referred for the same ?

It will be only connection creation in saviynt and attaching to service desk connection under security system
