Saviynt UI Changes

Hi Team, 
We have a certain UI change that we need to do in Saviynt. Do let us know if you have any insight on the below changes.

1. Is there any way we can flag the dev/test/prod on the full screen mode?
2. Can we change the color of the column names on the user list table?
3. Can we get the option to expand the column as we do in excel.
   
   Also, I am attaching a visual for you all to properly understand the requirements more.
