I'd like to use our Jira Service Desk to assign and track provisioning tasks for a disconnected system. Is that the intended function of the Service Desk Connection in security systems?
Is there some best practices guidance somewhere on how to implement the creation of service desk tickets, syncing the ticket status, and closing tasks with closed tickets?
