Hi Everyone,
We are working on "Service Account Campaign" and we have enabled the below feature while configuring the campaign and launched the Campaign.
When the certifier (lets say 'X') selects on "Does not belongs to me" under Step 1 : Ownership verification and selects a user (lets say 'Y') , the following thinks are observed.
1. The account to which 'X' choose 'Y' as the New Certifier', the account no longer visible to 'X' under his certification.
2. Upon locking the certification, Under the Account > Owners page, 'X' is removed as the 'Primary certifier' and 'Y' is not updated as the Primary certifier/Owner of the account.
Could you please help us with your insights on this, whether this is the actual behavior or we are missing anything.

This is actual expected product behavior

As per the product documentation it seems owner Y should have been set as the new owner.

Yes Devang, But it is not working as expected.
@dgandhi @rushikeshvartak Can we consider it as a bug, as in the documentation it is mentioned it will update the owner but it is not.
