Select only one entitlement per request and entitlement description should also be visible

For one of our application there is a requirement to select only one entitlement per request. We have drop down single request option working but it does not show entitlement description on the request form. And entitlement Request option 'Show but not select multi' not appearing when selected.

Please suggest a way where we can allow selection of only one entitlement per request and entitlement description is also visible just like 'Table' option.

You can use workaround using inlinedescription to show entitlement value as well description in the dropdown. 

Sample Query

Select entitlement_value as id, description as inlinedescription from entitlement_values.

We cannot add a query in the request option for entitlement

Ohh yes I think I misunderstood it with Dynamic attribute.

I don't think it's possible to to show description using dropdown. If no of entitlements are limited, you can create dynamic attribute and show as entitlement vs description as instruction on Form.
