Scheduling the Certificate Expiry Email Notifications

Hi Team,

While scheduling the expiry notification for SSL certificate we have added a distribution list in the 'To' field of the email template. When we run the default SSL Analytics for this the email is not triggered.

We have checked if the template is tagged to the analytics, and all checks are done and it is correct.

Our use case is to trigger the email to a group of people who can action this. This group is a DL, which will keep changing when users leave the organization and new users join the team.

If we add a person's email ID it is triggering the notification. But if we add a group like a distribution list which houses multiple user ID's like it is not triggering the email.

Please let us know why the email is not getting triggered to a DL. Is this a Saviynt product limitation?

Thank you.

Regards,

Aarthi Anand

Hi @AAnand ,

What happens when you add the DL in the CC section ? Does it work?

@DaanishJawed and @AtrayeeDutta -We checked with our Mail Exchange Team if they are blocking external inbound email to the DL. They whitelisted this and it worked.

We are also seeing the same behavior. If we add individual email id notifications are sent successfully but if we add DL (TO/CC) then notifications are not sent.

@AAnand  is it worked for you ?
