We are integration Service Now Saviynt App. After each import of application , SaviyntApp recreates the catalogue item. Even after running SAVIYNT_IGA: Delete Application Data, we can still view catalogue items. The result is we end up having 3 catalogue items for one application.

Deleting the catalog items is a permissions issue w.r.t account permissions and application scope. Please validate if your account has all the permissions and also try changing the application scope to Saviynt IGA and validate it again.

For Duplicate catalog items, Has anything changed on the endpoint? If not, please try deleting all the catalog items for a particular application and rerun the import.
