Saviynt to BW4HAN connection

Hello,

We are trying to connect to BW4HANA via Saviynt. Now when we save and test connection we see a screen which says loading, but it never completes loading. See the screenshot for reference.

Now the traffic does get generated on the firewall side and it also shows action as Allow for the traffic but the connection still does not load.

Could you please help  us understand what could be causing this?

Saviynt client 2.0 check internally which project architect

We are using VPN and not Saviynt client 2.0. So in this case what can we do?
