Saviynt - Servicenow Auditing Integration

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone tried/performed ServiceNow as audit system integration ?

We have a requirement where we need to be able to log audit ticket into ServiceNow for any activities happening at Saviynt.

Example, add Account, disable account, add access etc.

This documentation linked above talks about if any access is granted through request and approval-based process, Snow Jar logs that as a audit ticket for configured applications.

We are unsure if this process can work if any access is granted through rule run process (Technical Rule/User Update rules etc) or Role based assignment process.

Example, if AD account is created through birthright technical rule, is this integration capable of logging that as audit ticket into ServiceNow?

Let us know if anyone has tried/tested this. Will be really helpful.

Thanks,

Swapnali

Hi @Swapnali

It only supports requests-based scenario and not the ones triggered through birthright rules which is clear from the documentation also.
