Saviynt REST API || Entitlement Owner Import || Clarification

Hello Team, 

We are working on an REST API application integration.

As per Developers Handbook (saviyntcloud.com) it does says it imports the owner with Rank 1.

Can some one confirm if Saviynt support mapping multiple users as Rank 1 while owner import?
