Saviynt can show the user's existing access in UI.

when the user requests access to the endpoint in Saviynt then while requesting can we see the existing access in the UI while requesting for self or requesting for others?

for example,

when the manager requests access to its user then he selects the endpoint in Saviynt. before selecting the access for requesting, the manager can able to verify the existing access of the user

@vedantkulkarni When you select the reportee, and then navigate to next screen , i believe it automatically shows list of application the end user has.

Also in case you need to add a new EP, you select Add New Access icon.
