SAP role Add Access Request is not getting created after SAP external SOD risk evaluation

Hello Team,

We are using SAP GRC for external SOD evaluation and are encountering an issue. Whenever we submit a request for two specific SAP roles for a user, the request fails to get created after the below external SOD evaluation confirmation popup appears.

This issue only occurs with certain roles, while the request is successfully submitted for the remaining roles we requested, even if there are SOD risks

We have increased the "HIT_COUNT" from 50000 to  100000 in "EXTERNAL_SOD_EVAL_JSON" in sap GRC connector. The name of security system and endpoint is same.

Could you please provide any solution for this issue.

• Check with SAP team how many SoD violation is expected ?
