RunAllAnalyticsJob not working with Analytics Application attribute

We have an analytics report which we will use to provision accounts with groups:

The result of the analytic looks like this:

When we add this analytic to a runAllAnalyticsJob, we want to set the Analytics Application to a specific security system like this:

The problem is that when we do this, the report job details show that 0 records were saved (there should be 3 records). If we empty out the Analytics application field, the job returns 3 records like it should. How can we make it so that we can use the Analytics application field? 

We have already tried Setting "Access to endpoints" field in SAV_ROLES to 'ALL'. This did not do anything.

Can you please let me know how are you trying to create a new account in target system?

If you are using actionable analytics EIC does not have option to create account as default action.

Also if you are only trying to provision access then please add the query here.
