Hi All,
We are asked to investigate why the wrong user is correlated to account. So we looked at all the possibilities below but still not able to understand why this account correlated to user.
User account correlation rule in endpoint: User's Samaccountname should match with Accounts CP7
Samaccountname is not matching with Accounts CP7. The details in the account are matching with another user. As my understanding goes correlation rule had always correlated right users with accounts. So in this case only similarity is second name is same and first name starts with S for both. So we wanted to understand if there was any mess up with samaccountname between both users at target level.
We want to understand if there was any change in samaccountname for this account from target which can be retrieved through account history in saviynt. Only solution is to check with Target/Endpoint team. But we want to see if we can figure that out in Saviynt itself through logs/queries or another way.
Any suggestion would help.
