Remove Access when trying to Remove Account from ARS

Hi,

Is there a way to trigger remove access when we try to "remove account" from ARS ?

How can we achieve this ?

Once we perform the remove account trough ARS all access will be removed .

Lets say a Restbased applications account has 3 entitlements.

Now if I trigger Remove Account via ARS specifically, there is only 1 task being created.

I want 4 tasks to be triggered. 3 remove access and 1 remove account task.

How can I achieve this ?
