I don't think that is possible. You can consider doing a DB restore to the last available snapshot. Please create a support ticket with the Saviynt team.

@Bsah it cannot be retrieved.
Log a ticket with saviynt and see if they can restore it to previous snapshot.
But again this would lead to loss of current data.

Deleted tech rule is still active, when I am running the userupdate rule :deleted tech is provisioning.

You can't recover deleted rule but you can check audit logs to check old condition.
