Hi All,

We have a database connector used only for provisioning, there is no import configured

New account is provisioned when New Hire rule is triggered, Account Status is "Manually Provisoned" in this case

Disable account happens when Termination rule is triggered, Account Status is changed to "Manually Suspended" instead of "Disabled" ..Can anyone pls help me understand this?

I would like to see "Disabled" status without accountname appended with "Deleted" Keyword (Ex 99990278-ManuallyDeleted on-12-06-2023 00:19_

Why account import is not applicable ?

account enable disable is managed by locked state column of accounts

So the database connector is used only to insert the data into Staging table for any operation (Enable/Disable/New account)

If there is no account import then how status of account name is changing after disable account request ?

@rushikeshvartak The status is changed to 'Manually Suspended' when Disable task is executed successfully. Disable task is triggered via rules

Enable Persistent data on Security System

Persistent Data

Indicates the SSM Data Space model when objects are not maintained in Saviynt Database but in another repository. For example, an external LDAP or external identity repository. This option indicates, if the data is to be saved in Saviynt DB or in external DB.

The following options are available to select:

  • Yes: If selected as Yes, it will use Saviynt as the native DB.

  • No: Select No, if you do not want to use the Saviynt as the native DB and you want to use some other external identity repository as the DB. In that case, Saviynt acts as a wrapper on top of any other DB and works as a real time call.
