Any way to delete the technical/user update rules instead of disable?

Hello team,

We have created many technical & user update rules as part of development  and disabled few which are not required. we wanted to remove/cleanup all the unwanted rules from UI, is there any way to do it from backend?

You can delete from UI. Enable Delete Button from tab config
