Reassign User Manager Certification to Default Certifier for Users without Manager

Hi,

We are trying to launch a User Manager Campaign for all users with employee type 'Business Partner'. To configure this, we have defined Users Query as employeeType='Business Partner' under the Advanced Campaign Configuration section, and selected Attribute to Identify Manager as Manager. Also, a Default Certifier id is defined. PFA the template export for the campaign we configured.

In our use case, we have some Business Partner users who do not have Manager mapped. When we preview/launch this campaign, it only contains certifications for users who have manager. But, no certification is found to be launched for the above-mentioned users without manager.

Is there a way the campaign can be configured so that certifications are launched for these users without manager, redirected for review by the default certifier?

Hi @ReshamDas 

Its not possible to launch User Manager campaign for users dont have manager/secondary manager assigned.

Default certifier can take action only if manager is inactive at the time of campaign launch or not available at work.
