Raising a ServiceNow ticket when a user's status is 'Inactive'

Hi Team,

We have a use case to raise two (2) ServiceNow tickets to remove access card and remove user account upon termination of a user.  This is achieve by configuring ServiceNow as a Ticketing System.

However, once a user's status is 'Inactive' in Saviynt EIC, we are unable to raise a ServiceNow ticket.

Anyone know a way around this?

Regards,

Gabe

Hello Gabe,

Since snow is configured as a target app and for account disablement you should be able to create ticket via create ticket json.

Anyhow for user disablement there is no way to trigger ticket in snow.

Hi Manu269,

Thank you for replying.

What I understand is I need to configure the TicketStatusJSON and CreateTicketJSON in the ServiceNow connection rather than use the ServiceNow as a Ticketing System connection?

Regards,

Gabe
