Parent child entitlement setup in campaign

Hi Experts,

We are trying to configure one Entitlement owner campaign and checked below options-

Once launched a=it showed the group and accounts in it. However the child entitlements were not coming up which are visible under this tab

Do we have to enable anything or configure any query. Is It doable?
