Hi,

We have made a custom sav role. but using that sav role we are not able to see the organisations. Please can anyone let us know what feature access we are missing.

From where the organisations are not visible under the Admin tab or in Home page ?

NOTE: only organisations owners are allowed to view or modify the organisation details in EIC

Yes the sav role has both of the feature accesses.

IS any user of that sav role is a owner of any organisation ?

No they are not owners

They need to be organisation owner then only they will be able to view the organisations.

Only the user with the custom sav role who is a owner of the org can view it apart from the admin user.
