Option to Hide modify accounts in manage access page if more than one account in application

Hi Team,

Can any one confirm ,do we have any option to  hide accounts in manage my access page , we are looking to hide all the accounts ,if user has multiple accounts correlated to a user. these accounts comes as part of Reconciliation and tagged to one user.

We know , we can restrict user while requesting form using Disable New Account Request if Account Already Exists

• Currently we don't have option to hide this 
• Workarouds 
  • Don't map this accounts to user  [Keep orphan]
  • Create dynamic attribute on step 2 and keep mandatory and block user moving ahead with alert message
