Hi all, how can we avoid the error above? 

IF entitlement description has "Write" or "drop", we are getting error.

Can someone please provide the list of keywords which are not allowed in v23.4

To avoid the error, just try to rephrase the entitlement description without containing the words like write or drop. This is a quick workaround.

Unfortunately we don't have the restricted keywords listed at this moment. However,  as @Sivagami mentioned, the workaround is to rephrase the entitlement description to not contain the  keywords like drop, write, alter etc.,
