Notification of Analytics for Connection Monitoring

Hello

I want to send the results of Analytics to the owner by email, but it doesn't work well, so please let me know.
I want to set this to monitor the status of Connection.

I created Analytics with the same Query as Analytics"CC_Detected - Target System Connectivity Failures" in OOTB. A user with an email address is registered as Owner. I would like to notify this user.

I set Email Template as follows.
To :${ownerEmail}

I am running Analytics with RunAllAnalyticsJob specified.
I want to send the execution result of Analytics to Analytics Owner, but for some reason it is not sent.

Are there any other required jobs or settings?

Yes. Please check this image.
A user with an email address is registered as Owner.

  • harcode your email in email template and validate.
  • Attach user group as owner and validate

Nothing was configured.
I tried setting "Notify on risk," but it didn't work.

I checked the logs and they are similar to the one you showed me.
I captured the packets on the mail server side but I did not see any SMTP packets.
(I can usually see SMTP packets when Saviynt sends mail)
