We have a use case where we need to send an email to the Service Desk whenever a Role is approved from ARS.
We have found the below setting in the GC but looks like it's not working as expected.
It's look like this setting is used to send a notification when the role request is approved. However, it's not sending any email as expected.
Any idea how we can utilize this option?

Hi @rushikeshvartak ,
We have the requirement to the role approved email to the SD and reqestor.
Now, we can send one email from the Workflow.
How can we send the 2nd email when the role is approved?
If we use the Global Config settings for "Email on task completion" then that will send multiple emails as there are multiple tasks.
Any idea on how to achieve this goal?
