Remove Account Task not generated for Disconnected Application that is linked via 'Ent with New Acc'

We have two disconnected application (A and B) which are linked to each other via 'Entitlements with new accounts'. When we request for an application A, the New Account task for both (A & B) and Add Access task for application B is automatically generated. But when we remove an account, Remove Access task is generated for Application B but Remove Account task is only generated for Application A. Remove Account task is not being generated for Application B. What can we do to make sure that Remove Account Task is also generated at the same time for Application B when someone removes an account for Application A?

But the Remove Account Task for Application B did get generated but only after certain number of hours but not just right after someone requests to have the accounts removed. 
If you take a look at the Task ID 773096, there is also no requestID tied to it, so it is a little confusing. What can be done so that the Remove Account Task for Application B is also generated at the same time as Remove Account Task for Application A?

You need to use actionable analytics for same. Dependent application remove task will not be created this is product expected behavior

But why did the 'Remove Account' task get created for FWAS (Task ID: 773096)?
