Hi Team,
We have a requirement to request roles, entitlements for Inactive accounts through ARS.
We have enabled the below option in global configuration.
After enabling this option we were able to see inactive accounts in ARS, but when we try to request any entitlements we were not able to.
Roles and entitlements will be visible for Active account but for inactive accounts it is not visible
Can we please get any help on this.

Not being able to request entitlement for an inactive account is the right product behaviour. When it comes to the audit and compliance perspective allowing request entitlement for an inactive account defeats the IGA purpose.
