Not able to request new account in v2021

Hi,

The endpoint in the below screenshot is requestable in ARS but I am still not able to request a new account for any user.

None of the user have an account in the endpoint.

Is there any other setting/config in v2021 to enable requesting a new account? Or is it a known bug?

Hi Sakshi,

Could you check if you are requesting access for  a user without a manager. By default, requests for users without a manager are disabled. You need to enable it from Global Configuration.

Go to Admin --> Global Configurations --> Request --> Allow Request Without Manager 
Set it to ENABLED

Give it a few minutes and retry on an incognito window or clear your cache/cookies to see the changes reflect.
