Update User is not showing in the completed task, Any advice as to what settings/config might have been missed to allow this action to take place would be appreciated.

Hi @rahulyadav the update user shall be shown only if the task is actioned upon manually by the user. May I know the use case here?

Mentioned New account task don't have request Id in SS
1.it will create via birth right
2.via analytic report may be
it wont be show update user, may be some time based on provisioning job trigger and tries count done without proper response , it will move completed task with discountiee state.

This is expected behavior.
As per screenshot I am assuming service Now is connected application hence its expected behaviour
