Hi Team,

I followed steps as per saviynt document:

Uploaded logo image from UI:

testing hit the Url in incognito: I can see the image

But when notification is triggered : Logo is not displayed, let me know if I am missing anything in configuration.

Saviynt version : v23.11

@geet14 Refer below forum thread

Hit URL "https://xxxxxxx/ECMv6/api/idw/resource/image/app/xxxxx-logo.png" in browser incognito and if you get 403.
Then raise support ticket with devops to whitelisted the image url
