logo image in emails is not getting displayed intermittently

Hello,

We have embeded logo image in welcome email template. As per saviynt documentation the logos/images uploaded on saviynt are publicly available and dont need saviynt login to get it displayed. However we have noticed that sometimes when we try to access the logo image in browser by using this url "https://xxxxxxx/ECMv6/api/idw/resource/image/app/xxxxx-logo.png" it doesnt work but when we do login in another browser tab then it shows the logo. Does it mean it requires any login session?

Also we are not able to see logo in emails intermittently. Sometimes it works but sometimes logo doesnt gets displayed.  (shows broken images) We have enabled outlook setting to download all the images automatically but still getting this issue.

Could you please provide any help on this issue?

• Hit URL "https://xxxxxxx/ECMv6/api/idw/resource/image/app/xxxxx-logo.png" in browser incognito and if you get 403.
• Then raise support ticket with devops to whitelisted the image url

@rushikeshvartak  When we hit url in incognito it gives 401 error not 403.  Should we raise support ticket for this?
