One of our employees encountered a problem at the stage of selecting a user in the process of adding access for others.
the display of the user list changes with each refresh in some cases it has the active and inactive user list and in another case it just has the active user list and finally in one case it has no users in the list
Does anyone have an idea where the problem is coming from?

Please validate query in sav role - whom to request and logs

Thank you for your feedback I think I have found the origin of the problem there was a conflict between SAV Roles which had several values FOR "Whom to request" I removed the two SAV Roles which caused the problem
