Incremental Import Using REST Connector

Hello Team,

We have around 200K accounts in the target application and we are currently using REST connector for the integration. The full import takes around 15+ hrs and hence there is a need for incremental import.

The rest api call can be made using the filter for the lastModified attribute. Any idea how this can be configured ?

We were thinking of having two different connections , one to support full import and other one for incremental but then will Saviynt allow two import connections for one application ?

Also, the config for inactivateAccountsNotInFile needs to be different for both connections otherwise the status of the accounts which are not part of incremental feed will get changed to suspended from import service.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Snehal

@SnehalW you have to go with full import only other it will suspend /inactivate the account.

This will not work if you tweak inactivateAccountsNotInFile  in both connections. If user raises requests in between and status of existing account which didn't came  from incremental import may changes ot inactive then it will impact overall process.

Please submit idea ticket for REST Incremental import feature
