We are facing a similar issue as this post for two clients:
For the first client, We dont have any filters (accounts or entitlements). For second client, we have filter for account import but not for entitlements. In both cases, incremental account import is working fine but incremental access import is not working as expected.
Expected scenario is, when you run full import, it stores 3 delta token - account, group , group owner. We can see all these three stored. And we make account changes and group membership changes in Azure AD. After this, if we use this delta token in postman to make API call, we can see our changes in the response. And when we incremental account import, its bring updated account details but for access import, its not bringing any changes. We couldn't see any error in logs. Job is successful.
