I need to detect if a new email imported to Saviynt was issued in the past

Hi Team,

How can I search with Saviynt if an email that is being imported into Saviynt as new, was issued in the past to another person with the same first and last name? The email structure is Name.lastname@domain.com

When I already detect that the email was issued in the past, I need to send an email with the data information

I would like to know some option to do so, Thanks in advance

Saviynt does not allow creating of duplicate email id's While creating any user with email id in Saviynt.

So during import process itself the email generation will be completed.

Thanks @RakeshMG

Our primary ID is a string of numbers, it is not the email, and probably the old email account is inactive in Saviynt and deleted from AD. For this reason, Saviynt could allow email creation, and we need to detect them to send the email.

Once the email is created with one user, same cannot be used. If you want to detect the email's please store in any of the custom property and use analytics to find the same.
