How to get Certifier Delegate Email ID in Email Template for Campaigns

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to keep Certifier's delegate user's email id to keep in cc for Campaign creation emails.

Can anyone help to provide the dynamic value to get Delegate User's email for User Manager or Entitlement owner Campaigns.

@soumyabrata: There is no such direct variable to include delegate in to the certification email templates. Actually dy default Saviynt will be able to send emails to delegate as well along with original certifier. But you won't be able to use any variable to address the email directly to delegate.

Not exact scenario but we had an use case on similar lines where we have to include delegate in certain emails and we did achieve that in below way.

Used SAV4SAV connection to populate user's secondary manager (If you want you can use some other CP) if user has active delegate otherwise null. And in notification we that attribute value to include delegate in the email notification.

If default behaviour doesn't work for you, I think you can try similar logic to achieve this
