I am asking which API we can use for this requirement. Can create a DA where user can select the clone user. But how then to fetch that account's values to pass for the current user?Can we fetchrequesthistory API or any other approach to make it work...

No value can be anything so user need to provide this info manually.E.g Current cost center is 12345. It should populate by default. But if user want to modify it 6789 it should work.
