Hi Team,

We have got a requirement for Active Directory saying the account should be created / cloned in the same OU where peer has the account and also cloning of groups what users peer has.

Can you please let me know how can we achieve this?

Hi @Suyash_Badnore1

You can use the Enable copy access option in requests parameter in the Setup Request Configurations section to allow the user to copy the access provided to another user while requesting. When the Enable copy access option in requests parameter is enabled, the Enable Copy Access option is displayed in ARS > Request Access for Others page. Click Enable Copy Access and select the user whose entitlement you wish to copy, the entitlement access is copied from the selected user and assigned to the respective user.

Please refer below documentation for more details:

Thanks

Hi @prasannta ,

Thanks for the copy access. Can you pls help me with the binding variable we can use to get the peers / users details (name/email) whose access we're copying. This is to send in the email template.

Please provide the information on this.

Regards,

Suyash
